6.2.1. The Customer may request cancellation of an order within 24 (twenty-four) hours of placing the order or before the order is dispatched, whichever is earlier.

6.2.2. Cancellation requests received after dispatch of goods shall not be entertained. Such cases shall instead be governed under the Company’s applicable Return or Exchange Policy.

6.3. Mode of Cancellation

6.3.2. The Company reserves the right to verify the identity of the Customer prior to processing any cancellation request.

6.4. Refunds

6.4.1. If a cancellation request is accepted, the Company shall initiate a refund to the Customer’s original mode of payment.

6.4.2. Refunds, where applicable, shall be processed within 7 (seven) business days from the date of cancellation approval.

6.4.3. The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by the Customer’s bank or payment service provider.

6.5. Non-Cancellable Orders

6.5.1. The following categories of orders are strictly non-cancellable:
   •    Custom-built or specially configured products
   •    Orders placed under special pricing or bulk procurement
   •    Clearance, final sale, or end-of-life (EOL) items
